Some basic support for remote workers like standardized headsets, laptops, and decent tech support using ServiceNow. Benefits are decent but really not industry competitive. Leadership is not really transparent and will happily throw their reports under the bus to keep in good standing with Ken who is often in denial about company issues.

Working from home as a CSR you get the feeling that you are more of an 'extra' than a 'main character' in the story, and the pay and benefits can reflect that. The career opportunity to run a team, manage a shift or run a center is now less clear and I feel liike the team could be doing a better job of making the career paths more clear and exciting for the front line teams
