The new clarity on remote first makes this a NO BRAINER great company to hitch your wagon to.
A really competitive culture can make growing inside LinkedIn challenging, this is even more true since they updated internal transfer and promotion guidelines. My personal experience has been good on work/life balance, I get 17 paid holidays, sick time, PTO, adoption assistance, paid insurance premiums, reimburse phone and internet, and more!
