I will always be grateful to the team for listening to everybody and reinventing our policies and strategies to really deal with the covid issues. Sure our products aren't the most exciting in the world, but the culture and benefits more than make up for it.

Dropbox is working on the way to transform the company into a remote-first environment.

A dedicated team of people are developing plans for the transition and seems that they have already done some good plans on benefits, schedule arrangement and team organization. There are some more ongoing and I will input more once those plans are on practice.

Dropbox is one of the top companies when it comes to remote work, and it's been cool to see how the whole team has adapted by updating our policies and strategy to make everybody's remote experience consistent and effective. We have flexible working hours with good time off and a solid payscale. As somebody that has worked for other remote companies, I consider Dropbox to be one of the best when it comes to remote work.
