Quarterly off-sites are super fun. SV tech experience without the bad parts. Focus on important problems for important users (doctors and medical) Benefits are good, not perfect. Leadership are clear and effective.

A true gem for remote workers in the tech industry. You get the experience of working for a Silicon Valley company without actually having to live in Silicon Valley. The company has a remote-first mindset that leaves you feeling productive and enabled instead of left in the dark. Quarterly off-sites are a great way to connect with your team in person and are a lot of fun too!

I have worked here for about 18 months and find that Doximity really seems to care about the balance of their employees' lives. The attention to detail in terms of policies and career growth are palpable, and as a remote worker you really get the sense that you can grow your career.
